Salon Information

Appointment Information

Being on time for your appointment is essential, so we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to prepare and relax, as our treatments commence on schedule.
Clients arriving late will only receive the balance of their appointment time, but will be charged full price for the treatments booked.

Cancellation of Appointments

To help us and as a courtesy to other clients, please provide us with the required notice period for cancellations
We request 24 hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.
Clients ‘not showing’ for an appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Course appointments missed or late cancelled will automatically be deducted from course entitlement.

Deposits

All bookings over 2 hours or PURE Packages require a 50% deposit

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or products and must be used in 6 months.
Gift Vouchers must be produced on arrival at the Salon as proof of purchase.
Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

Prices

We reserve the right to increase our prices, and discontinue treatments without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Salon Etiquette

As a courtesy to other clients and to maintain a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere, please refrain from using your mobile phone.
To meet with insurance requirements and also in our effort to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, we would ask clients having treatments, not to bring babies or children under the age of 12 to the salon.

Salon Attire

Robes, towels and slippers are provided for your comfort whilst using the salon.
Please remember to bring appropriate footwear for Pedicures and wear loose dark clothing for Spray
Tan treatments.

Personal Belongings

We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or mislaid personal belongings.

Health Conditions

It is the Clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, on medication or suffering any kind of illness, as we may advise you not to take the treatments booked.
Some of our oils are not suitable if you have a nut allergy. An alternative oil and treatment can be arranged, so please advise at time of booking.

This website is regularly updated to give details of promotions, new treatments, events, new products and special occasion treatments e.g. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day. Valentines Day and Christmas.  If you wish to be notified of any of these updates please sign up for email.
